The Cascades, Inc. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan offers a convenient way for you to save for the future through payroll deductions. You are eligible to participate in the plan at the first of the month following the completion of your 90-day probationary period.
Contributions from your payments are made on a pre-tax basis – up to the IRS annual limit. If you are 50 years of age or older (or if you will reach age 50 by the end of the year), you may make a catch-up contribution in addition to the normal IRS annual limit.
Employer match is 100% for the first 3% of contributions and 50% for the next 2% of contributions. You are fully vesting in the company match after 2 years of employment.
